Find steady ground in life’s storms
Develop clarity and resilience
You're doing everything right on paper - but something still feels off. Maybe it's the stress that never quite lifts, the transitions that leave you unmoored, or the patterns you keep repeating despite knowing better. You've tried pushing through, optimizing your way out, or just waiting for things to click. But clarity remains elusive, and the pressure keeps building.
You don't need a diagnosis or years of therapy. You need space to think clearly, someone who can help you see what you're too close to notice, and practical tools that actually work when life gets complicated. You need support that takes you seriously without pathologizing your perfectly reasonable responses to genuinely challenging circumstances.
Choose a compassionate cynic
I'm Svenja, and I help people untangle the knots they can't quite see on their own. With a psychology degree from the University of Mannheim and 15 years of experience applying cognitive behavioral principles in Germany, I bring the depth and rigor of clinical training without the clinical framing.
Sessions happen in English, German, or French, depending on what feels most natural to you.
My approach is collaborative and direct. I ask questions that shift perspective, notice patterns you might miss, and offer strategies you can actually use. Expect curiosity, honesty, a bit of dry humor, and zero platitudes about your journey or finding your truth.

One-on-One Coaching Sessions
We meet for structured, focused conversations where we identify the patterns keeping you stuck and develop practical strategies to shift them. Sessions are 50 minutes, in-person at my White Center practice (preferred) or virtually (if necessary). Most clients meet weekly or biweekly depending on what the work requires.
Sessions are $150 each, with a free 15-minute initial consultation to determine if we're a good fit.
