I start with questions

The first session is about understanding your world: what's happening, what you've tried, what's not working. I need context before we can figure out what needs to shift.

Over time, sessions become less about my questions and more about what you bring each week. We notice what keeps repeating, test strategies in real situations, and adjust based on what actually works in your life.

The goal isn't dependence. You learn to recognize your own patterns, challenge unhelpful thinking, and apply strategies independently. Most clients work with me for several months, then move forward with skills they can use long after our sessions end.
